Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Client Cancellations:

The deposit is non-refundable. Any exception to this is at the full discretion of Sax Appeal Ltd. Changes to date with less than 30 days notice require the balance due to be paid in full. Should the client cancel this agreement with less than 30 days notice, the client agrees to pay Sax Appeal Ltd the balance in full.

Rescheduling:

In the event of a client rescheduling their wedding, Sax Appeal Ltd will aim to accommodate the new date as best as possible (subject to availability).
Where possible and given sufficient notice, the booking is simply moved to the new date and the deposit is not affected. There may be additional charges (such as increased package prices from the time of original booking) which will be discussed should a reschedule be required.
In the event that the new date cannot be accommodated due to an existing booking on that date, return of the deposit is solely at the discretion of Sax Appeal Ltd.


Limit of Liability / Supplier Cancellation:

In the unlikely event of serious personal injury or emergency circumstances beyond the control of Sax Appeal Ltd, every effort will be made to secure a replacement DJ & Musician act. This act will be offered to the client as a replacement or alternatively their deposit can be refunded -whichever the client prefers.
If a professional replacement act cannot be found, responsibility and liability is limited to return all payment received for the event, and no further damages may be sought against Sax Appeal Ltd for any reason.

The clients agree to reimburse Sax Appeal Ltd in the very unlikely event of any material loss or damage caused by their guests.
